I feel very honored to speak as an outstanding employee representative today! The honor of outstanding employees is not only the individual who won this award, but also everyone present. Without the care and training of leaders and the joint efforts of colleagues, there would be no outstanding employees today. And the growth of all of us can not be separated from the careful training of the company. Please allow me to take personal growth as an example and say a few words from my heart here.

After entering our company, I thank the company leaders for arranging a six-month rotation internship for us, which gave us a comprehensive understanding of the company's subsidiaries or centers and enhanced our sense of belonging and honor. Once again, I thank the centers for their careful arrangements for newcomers.

Ding Gang is in the oilfield technology center. Thanks to the internship and training in drilling and completion, design and software arranged by the leaders of Oilfield Technology Center, I further improved the drilling and completion technology.

I was transferred to the new drilling and production testing training center, and I am grateful to the leaders of the new center for providing me with a stage to play a role. Thanks to the joint efforts of colleagues, we have compiled training materials, trained three new employees, two employees of Beijing Research Center and two assistant drillers, and made a little contribution to the company, which can not be separated from the company's careful training.

As an excellent employee, the road to growth is different, but the heart of gratitude is the same!
