Small and medium-sized enterprises in the department store industry must be, before February 4, 2020 in the market supervision and management department registration, standardized and law-abiding operation, subject to the epidemic prevention and control arrangements, the enterprise business license belongs to a single store employees of less than 300 people and operating income of less than 20,000,000 yuan, in order to sell the production of necessities of life mainly residents of the supermarkets, convenience stores and other commercial retail entity enterprises.
On the time point of enjoying the reduction and exemption policy, the property owners of the business premises of each country's asset class shall exempt the eligible tenant enterprises from the rent for the lease period from February 5, 2020 to March 5, 2020, and collect the rent fee from March 5, 2020 to May 5, 2020 in accordance with the 50% of the agreed amount of the tenancy agreement signed by the two parties.
