(1) Registration

(2) Qualification examination

(3) Examination

The subject interview is organized by PICC (in a structured form), and the additional test can be organized by the competent department under the guidance and supervision of PICC and the supervision department. According to the written test results of public * * * subjects, the interviewers and examiners are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 3: 1. Those who are short-listed and tied for the last place in the written test of public * * * subjects can enter the next round of interview and extra test together. Those with the same total score will be determined by the interview results.

2. The written test and interview results of public subjects account for 60% and 40% respectively. In principle, no additional tests will be conducted. If extra tests are required under special circumstances, the written test, interview and extra test scores of public subjects account for 60% and 40% of the total scores respectively (30% interview+10% extra test). Candidates' scores are published on the websites of yingtan Talent Network and Yingtan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Second, physical examination and assessment
