Resumption process

1. Apply. After the companies and individuals are fully prepared in accordance with the conditions for resumption of business, they shall submit a written application (see Annex for details) to their local communities for filing.

2. On-site inspection. After receiving the application for filing, each community will conduct on-the-spot inspection on the preparation of the enterprise's resumption of business within one day, and make clear the filing opinions on the spot, and complete the filing on the spot after passing the examination. If the preparatory work is not up to standard, the enterprise shall apply for re-inspection after rectification.

3. Approval and filing. All companies and individuals can resume business only after being signed and sealed by the cadres of the two committees in charge of the community and the community director for approval.

1. Personnel inspection. Establish a personnel investigation ledger, focusing on four types of personnel (1, now living in Hubei and other regions; 2. Have a history of case contact within 14 days; 3. Have lived in Hubei or other areas where local cases continue to spread within 14 days; 4, 14 days have had contact with people in Hubei and other regions), so that there is no omission in personnel investigation. Do a good job in the management of classified employees, and all four types of personnel are not allowed to return to their posts; Employees who return to work should fill in the health declaration card in time and truthfully.

2. Material preparation. Equipped with masks according to the total number of employees for 7 days; Equipped with at least 1 thermometers and thermometers; Set up recycling bins for discarded masks; Disinfect at least twice a day; Equipped with sufficient disinfectant and spraying equipment.
