The application for the subsidy for deep household entrepreneurship is as follows: register and open an account for its start-up enterprise on the unified user management platform of the municipal human resources security department, and apply according to the "supporting projects and supporting standards". The service organization shall check on the spot, issue the Acceptance Receipt with complete information, publicize the information such as the object and amount of the proposed subsidy, and dial the relevant subsidies into the start-up bank basic account according to the prescribed procedures before the end of the next month after the review. Article 4 of the Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Subsidies for Self-employed Entrepreneurs

Self-employed entrepreneurs need to submit relevant materials according to the categories of subsidies:

1. Application Form for Subsidies for Self-employed Entrepreneurs in Shenzhen;

2. Employment registration certificate of self-employed persons;

3. Applicant's household registration book and ID card (check the original and keep a copy);

4. Graduation certificate or other relevant certificates (check the original and keep a copy);

5. Bank account of self-employed persons;

6. A legal and valid copy of business license, tax registration certificate, private non-enterprise legal person certificate or other business qualification certificate;

7. Pay social insurance list.

if a self-employed person fails to start a business and applies for social insurance subsidies, he/she shall provide the certificate of cancellation of registration of business license (check the original and keep a copy) and unemployment certificate in addition to the above-mentioned materials 1 to 5 and 7.
