The tourist attractions in Wuxi are as follows:
1. Tongtouzhu
is a peninsula lying on the northwest bank of Taihu Lake in Wuxi. It is named after the huge stones that burst into the lake and look like turtles holding their heads high. Touzhu was built in 1916 and now covers an area of 539 hectares. On October 26th, 2112, Touzhu was promoted to a national 5A scenic spot. There are many landscapes in Touzhu, such as mountains filled with hidden beauty, deer cresting facing the light, Zhuchuntao, Hengyun Mountain Villa, Guangfu Temple, Taihu Fairy Island, Jiangnan Orchid Garden, Sino-Japanese cherry blossom friendship forest and so on, each with its own features. The scenic spot has become a tourist resort.
2. Nianhua Bay
The Nianhua Bay in Lingshan Town has been carefully designed by craftsmen. Walking on the streets of the town and passing by quaint shops seems to be back to the Tang and Song Dynasties. There are no noisy crowds and hawkers selling here, but the sound of guzheng coming from a distance is just soothing.
3. Huishan Ancient Town
is characterized by unique geographical location, beautiful natural environment and dense distribution of ancient ancestral halls, and it is the only block with well-preserved old neighborhoods in Wuxi. Huishan Ancient Town was once a famous "Clay Fighter Street" in China. Now Huishan Ancient Town has China Clay Fighter Museum. There is Huishan Temple in Huishan Ancient Town, next to Jichang Garden Super Room, which was a must-see place when Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River.
4. nanzenji
nanzenji, Wuxi, has a long history. It is located in the center of Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It belongs to the unique ancient temple building in the south corner of Wuxi and along the ancient canal. It is one of the 481 temples in the Southern Dynasties, dating back 1,451 years. It was built in the Taiqing period of Liang Wudi, with a large scale.
