Yuelu Academy, a thousand-year-old university, brings together the essence of Huxiang culture. Many outstanding talents in Hunan, such as Zeng Guofan, Huang Xing, Tan Sitong and Tang, all came from Yuelu Academy. The story of Yueyang Tower has inspired generations of Huxiang students.
