Under the guidance of community workers, we conducted a survey on community health, public security and job satisfaction of community workers. As a social insurance work, this is a work related to the immediate welfare of residents, including various contents and tasks, including collecting unemployment insurance, old-age insurance, maternity insurance and so on. Community workers should consult the collection work and service content, and every day community workers will receive residents who come to consult. Community workers often publicize national policies and guidelines repeatedly.

I just entered the community. Although I have made full preparations in all aspects, I deeply feel that my consulting skills and computer knowledge are not enough in the face of the nature of retirees' work. In order to provide better service for retirees, I went to the library to buy related books, gave up my lunch break, and studied medical insurance and old-age insurance knowledge on weekends to better provide policy advice for retirees. In order to improve work efficiency, we study computers seriously and try to combine the management of retirees with the application of computers. Although, during that time, it was the time to apply for a citizen card for retirees, and 200 retirees' applications and consultations were received every day. During the day, there is no time at all. However, in this case, I resolutely used the evening time to study the relevant policy documents. After more than two months of painstaking research, computer knowledge has also been widely used in the management of retirees. In February of this year, 65438, we began to prepare to issue citizen cards. According to the experience of other streets, our community needs more than 80 group leaders to send house numbers to residents. After studying hard, I used computer knowledge, and after two days, I did all the preparatory work for issuing citizen cards, and really tasted the convenience brought by computer application. Since I came to the community, I have closely focused on the service for retirees and helped to do the following work.

4. Obey the arrangement of leaders and assist in street accounting.
