Basic situation of Liaocheng high-tech industrial development zone

Liaocheng High-tech Industrial Development Zone is located in the east of Liaocheng City, facing the main city across the Tuhai River. On July 1, 2113, Liaocheng decided to separate the economic and technological development zone and the high-tech industrial development zone, that is, the economic and technological development zone in Liaocheng was divided into two parts, namely, huanghe road, the East Outer Ring Road and the east extension line of the Yangtze River Road (which runs through Weishan and a main canal), with the northern part as the economic and technological development zone and the southern part as the high-tech industrial development zone. Liaocheng Economic and Technological Development Zone has been successfully upgraded to a national economic and technological development zone, which has the foundation and conditions for accelerating development to a great extent. To further enhance the carrying capacity of the development zone, it is necessary to divide the spatial expansion, functional layout and environmental elements of the development zone more carefully and scientifically, and form a unique park pattern with prominent focus and gradual steps. Separating the high-tech zone from the development zone is conducive to making full use of the human resources, space resources and land resources in the development zone, highlighting the elements of scientific and technological innovation, rational industrial layout, and more conducive to the construction and development of large parks.

Liaocheng High-tech Zone now governs four towns (streets), namely Kyushu Street, Xuying Town, Guguantun Town and Hanji Township, with an area of 216 square kilometers and ***142 administrative villages with a population of 19,111. The infrastructure of water, electricity, steam and heating in the area is perfect, basically achieving the standard of nine connections and one leveling. Adhering to the principle of scientific planning and green development, the High-tech Zone focuses on five high-tech industries: energy conservation and environmental protection, electronic information, new materials and new energy, high-end manufacturing and biotechnology, and strives to make the High-tech Zone a "new city of science and technology, a new city of entrepreneurship and an industrial city".
