Training and assessment records shall be kept for a period of not less than two years. The assessment does not have the ability to manage food safety, shall not be on duty.
Network food service third-party platform providers and network food service providers should be in the main page of food service operations to publicize the food service provider's food business license. Food business license and other information changes should be updated in a timely manner.
The network food service third-party platform providers should be on the network of food service providers to conduct spot checks and monitoring of business behavior.
Network catering services third-party platform providers found in the network of food service providers there are violations, should be stopped in a timely manner and immediately report to the county-level food and drug supervision and management department of the network food service providers; found serious violations, should immediately stop providing network trading platform services.
The State Food and Drug Administration organization monitoring found that the network catering services third-party platform providers and catering service providers in violation of the law, notify the relevant provincial food and drug supervision and management departments in accordance with the law to organize investigation.

Article 5 The third-party platform provider of online catering services shall, within 30 working days after the approval of the competent department of communications, file a record with the provincial food and drug supervision and administration department at its location. Self-constructed website catering service providers should be in the communications department within 30 working days after the record, to the local county-level food and drug supervision and management departments for the record. The record includes the domain name, IP address, telecommunications business license or record number, business name, address, legal representative or person in charge of the name.
