Second, the competition is fierce

Third, the education level is generally low

Fourth, there is a general lack of planning and brand attention
For many catering entrepreneurs, they just want to open a store, without a clear development goal, but they just don't know what they want to do and what they can do. Seeing that many people feel that opening a store is not bad, they also want to try it. Even if the latter part of the stores become enterprises, the awareness and attention to the brand is still very low.
5. A considerable number of entrepreneurs are chefs.
At present, a considerable number of catering entrepreneurs are chefs. Because they know technology and have several years of management experience in the catering industry, the starting point is very high and the success rate is very high. Personally, I think this is actually very similar to the internet industry. It should be said that most industries are very similar.
6. More and more high-level intellectuals from multimedia and mobile Internet have entered the catering industry.
I have to mention one person here, a person who really has to admire, Mr. Diao. A series of catering brands, such as Afu essential oil in the e-commerce era, beaver house in the mobile Internet era, and carved beef brisket in the new catering era, are a real trendsetter. Personally, I think this is actually the transformation of an industry from the demand era to the marketing era. Real marketing is not as simple as advertising, but a process from grasping the user's demand tendency to transmitting demand and then meeting demand. At this time, products, that is, technology, are not scarce, but not many people really understand marketing. Here, I have to say another kind of people, the editors of major portals and media, a group of people who really master the context of the Internet and the media. Personally, they think that the trend of their entrepreneurship can represent the trend of an industry.
The catering industry in July and 21xx is bound to be a bloodbath, but the opportunity is self-evident.
From three aspects, the catering industry in 21xx will become a meat grinder:
1. The overall economic situation is not optimistic;
2. The entrepreneurial atmosphere is very strong, and a large number of entrepreneurs are pouring in;
3. A large number of media people and Internet people entered with a lot of resources and venture capital.
The catering industry is bound to undergo a major reshuffle. For many ambitious people, the opportunity is self-evident, but for some ordinary entrepreneurs, it may be a massacre. It may be even more tragic than internet entrepreneurship. After all, ordinary catering entrepreneurs start their own businesses with their own funds, and the Internet is more about fooling investors. Perhaps many people will think that it should have little impact if I just make a small restaurant food stall, but judging from the current situation of the mobile Internet industry, it cannot be ruled out that some people will make the food stall into a chain of small restaurants to make a style.
VIII. Opportunities and outlets for catering
I think using the most fashionable word: internet plus catering may be the opportunities and outlets for catering entrepreneurs. What is internet plus catering? I don't think there is any fixed form of expression, boy. We use the Internet to achieve four purposes: expanding brand awareness, increasing traffic, enhancing user stickiness, increasing the turnover rate and reducing costs. In my humble opinion, all internet plus who do not aim at these four goals are called hooligans.
IX. Partners! Partner! Partner!
Again, the important thing is said three times. For entrepreneurs, the most important things are partners and teams. A reliable team will determine the key to the success of the final project. Marketing, technology, operation and finance can't be less, and holding a group to keep warm is king. ;
