1. Personnel returning to Ningxia from outside the administrative area of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region: (1) Report to the community and unit where the destination is located in advance, download the "My Ningxia" APP to complete registration and health code punching; (2) When entering Ning, you must hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, register the place code through "My Ningxia" at the quarantine station, and accept the inspection of health code and itinerary code; (3) All the people outside the district were given the health code "yellow code" for 3 days after entering Ning, and the nucleic acid was tested within 24 hours and 48 hours after entering Ning (the interval between them was more than 24 hours), and those who were negative in nucleic acid test turned to "green code" on the 4 th day after entering Ning; (4) After entering Ning, do a good job in self-health monitoring, implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, and do not gather, have dinner or go to crowded and enclosed places for two weeks.

2. For those who have returned to Ningning within 14 days after living in high-risk areas, centralized isolation medical observation measures shall be taken for 14 days; People with a history of living in counties and districts where high-risk areas are located must hold negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and at the same time implement 7 days of home health monitoring and 2 times of nucleic acid detection. For the people who enter Nanjing in the whole prefecture-level city or the counties and districts where the risk level has not been adjusted after judging the epidemic situation, 7 days of home health monitoring and 2 times of nucleic acid detection (specifically subject to the relevant notification requirements of the autonomous region). No home health monitoring conditions, can be transferred to the centralized isolation places to implement home health monitoring measures.

3. Persons returning to Ning after being released from isolation at the first entry point: (1) Persons (including asymptomatic infected persons) who were diagnosed immediately upon entry or during the period of centralized isolation will continue to be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 14 days +5 times of nucleic acid detection; (2) After expert health assessment, except for those who are antibody-positive due to vaccination, all the people who have been released from quarantine and returned to Ning are transferred to designated hospitals for inspection and observation for 3 days, and then transferred to centralized isolation medical observation for 4 days+home health monitoring for 7 days +4 times of nucleic acid detection after no abnormality; (3) For those who have been released from quarantine and returned to Ning with normal test results, closed-loop transport will be implemented with 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation +7 days of home health monitoring +4 times of nucleic acid detection; (4) Those who have entered Nanjing less than 28 days after entry shall be tested for Covid-19 nucleic acid and serum antibody, and shall complete 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation +7 days of home health monitoring +4 times of nucleic acid detection as required.
