1. Application for business registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the operator;

Individual industrial and commercial households of Hong Kong and Macao residents, individual industrial and commercial households of Taiwan Province residents and Taiwan Province farmers do not fill in the column of "Operator" in the application form, but should fill in the "Registration Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Household Operators (Hong Kong and Macao Residents)" and "Registration Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Household Operators (Taiwan Province Residents/Taiwan Province Farmers)" as substitutes. Taiwan Province farmers' individual industrial and commercial households shall indicate the area of business premises and the number of employees.

2. A copy of the operator's ID card;

if the applicant applies for registration as a family business, the host operator shall be registered as the operator, and all the family members participating in the business shall sign in the operator's signature column of the Application for Business Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households for confirmation. Submit a copy of the household registration book or marriage certificate as proof of kinship of family members; At the same time, submit copies of ID cards of other family members participating in the business, and put their names and ID numbers on record.

3. If there are items in the business scope applying for registration that must be submitted for approval before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, a copy of the relevant license certificate or approval document shall be submitted;

4. Certificate of use of business premises;

if an individual industrial and commercial household takes its own place as its business place, it shall submit a copy of the property right certificate of its own place; If renting another person's place, a lease agreement shall be submitted; If it is impossible to submit the property right certificate of the business premises, it can submit the relevant certificates issued by the market organizers, the administrative committees of various development zones approved by the government and the village neighborhood committees agreeing to engage in business activities in the premises; If it is used free of charge, the original certificate that the property owner is allowed to use shall be submitted. Where local people's governments have other provisions on business premises, such provisions shall prevail.

if the property of the residence belongs to the residential category, it shall be promised that the business projects it is engaged in are not within the scope of laws, regulations and the list of industries prohibited by the local government, and the consent of the interested parties has been obtained.

the certificate of use shall specify the county (city/district), township (town/street), village (road/community) and house number where the business premises are located.

5. Notice of Pre-approval of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households;

if the operator has applied for the pre-approval and registration of the name of individual industrial and commercial households, it shall be submitted; if it has not applied for the pre-approval and registration of the name, it is unnecessary to submit it.

6. If an agent is entrusted, the Certificate of Entrusted Agent signed by the operator and a copy of the ID card of the entrusted agent shall also be submitted;

7. Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Note:

1. This Code shall apply to the registration of individual industrial and commercial households applying for establishment in accordance with the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households and the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households.

2. The Application for Business Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, Certificate of Entrusted Agent, Registration Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households (Hong Kong and Macao Residents) and Registration Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households (Taiwan Province Residents/Taiwan Province Farmers) can be downloaded from the e-government website of the local administration for industry and commerce or obtained from the administrative department for industry and commerce.

3. Individual industrial and commercial households of Hong Kong and Macao residents and individual industrial and commercial households of Taiwan Province residents and Taiwan Province farmers shall be approved as individual businesses. The words "Hongkong residents", "Macao residents", "Taiwan Province residents" or "Taiwan Province farmers" should be added after the name of the operator.

4. For the business scope of individual industrial and commercial households, please refer to the category names or specific business items of medium and small industries in the National Economic Industry Classification.

5. The registration and management of individual industrial and commercial households of Hong Kong and Macao residents and individual industrial and commercial households of Taiwan Province residents and Taiwan Province farmers shall comply with the relevant provisions of the state.

6. The application form and other application materials submitted shall use A4 paper.

if a copy is not indicated in the above items, the original copy shall be submitted; If a copy is submitted, it shall be marked "consistent with the original" and signed by the individual industrial and commercial operators or their entrusted agents.
