★Geographic Location
Wangzuo Town of Fengtai District, where the project is located, is situated in the southwestern part of Beijing Municipal District, covering an area of about 61.33km2, and belongs to the area west of Yongding River of Fengtai District (referred to as Hexi Area). Its northwestern and southwestern parts border with Mentougou and Fangshan District respectively, and its eastern and northeastern parts border with Changxindian Town of Fengtai District, and the town center is 25km away from downtown Beijing.
This project is located in Weiguozhuang Village of Wangzuo Town, Fengtai District, and it extends from Weiguozhuang Road in the south to the planning Yungang West Road in the north, and from the auxiliary road of Western Sixth Ring Road, i.e., Qinglonghu Road No. 23, in the east.
★Topography and landforms
Fengtai District forms a terrain descending from mountains to plains from west to east, and the terrain of Fengtai District is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, declining in steps. According to the topography is divided into three geomorphological zones: 1, low mountains and hills; low mountains are distributed in the sheep head village - Fuying north of the area of 800ha, of which limestone accounts for two thirds. The elevation drops from 60m to 35m to the southeast, with an average slope drop of 1%.
The project site is high in the west and low in the east, with a maximum difference in elevation of 16m, the highest point is in the west side of the water well part of the plot, with an elevation of 88.69m, and the lowest point is in the east side of the plot, with an elevation of 67.46m. The cultivated land in the north side of the plot partly shows a gradual decrease in the shape of a ladder. The main reason for the formation of this landform is due to the soil used in the former brickyard.
Hydrology and Geology : Wangzuo Town is rich in water resources. One of the irrigation water: Qinglong Lake covers a total area of 4.95 square kilometers, with a reservoir capacity of 29 million cubic meters. Qinglong Lake Irrigation District renovation project laid 30 kilometers of pipeline, can lead the Qinglong Lake water to the township's various development zones for greening, planting use. Drinking water: There are six deep water wells with depths ranging from 600 to 1,200 meters in the northern mountains of the township, providing drinking water for the township and development zones.
There are 40 square kilometers of geothermal fields within the boundaries of Wangzuo Township, which are rich in geothermal resources. The completed Nangong No. 1 geothermal water supply station, the daily water supply of 2,700 cubic meters, the water temperature in 70-73 degrees, for heating, hot spring farming, hot spring planting, hot spring bathing. According to the needs of development and the construction of ecological town, two more geothermal wells are ready to be mined.
Fengtai District belongs to the Yongding River impact fan and flooding fan area, with flat topography, the surface layer is dominated by light sub-clay, with an average thickness of 4.0-4.5 meters, and underneath it is a single river cobble layer (aquifer) with a thickness of about 30 meters. The base plate of the aquifer is Jurassic sandy shale, which is permeable and relatively water-rich, with a single well gushing 3,000m3/d, and the groundwater level averaging 20 meters above and below, with the natural flow direction from west to east, and the source of groundwater recharge being the upstream lateral runoff and vertical infiltration of natural precipitation, which has been declining in recent years due to regional over-exploitation of the groundwater.
★Vegetation and flora and fauna
The main vegetation in Fengtai District includes woodlands, orchards, and cultivated land, etc. The main plants are poplar, willow, elm, acacia, stinking toon, acacia, greasewood, sidecar, white pine, cypress, hinoki cypress, acacia, white wax, apricots, walnuts, pears, apples, peaches, persimmons, hawthorns, and other types of trees; sour jujubes, zinnia, and huckleberry, and other types of shrubs; and grasses such as whitegrass, succinium, and goat beard grass. .

The project site is basically planted with corn, fruit trees, acacia trees, etc., except for the residential part, in which there are acacia trees, elms and other trees growing on the outside of the agricultural facilities and orchards, next to the puddles, on both sides of the roads and in the yards of the residential areas, and there are no cherished and endangered animals and plants.
★Soil
Fengtai District, Wangzuo Township is located in southwest Beijing, the western part of the mountainous region; the eastern part of the plains, the plains accounted for three-fourths of the area of the district. The low mountainous area is mainly distributed with mountainous lysol brown soil, and along the narrow strip of foothills, there are ordinary brown soils distributed in the form of a ring. Immediately below it are the tidal brown soils. In the vast plains of the remnants of the secondary terraces are also sporadically distributed tidal brown soil, its steep canyons under the tidal soil. The brown tidal soil is distributed at the edge of alluvial fan, and some gully terraces are distributed with ordinary brown soil and brown soil sex soil.
The project site is an alluvial plain with soils dominated by tidal soils. Plains loamy sediments include Holocene floodplain alluvial deposits and alluvial floodplain deposits. The predominantly light loam is distributed over the vast alluvial plains and is the main regional parent material type. On the high plains there is gully erosion and the main types of soil are tidal brown, brown tidal and tidal soils. In the floodplains, where human influence is greater, the soils are more mature.
★Climate and Meteorological Characteristics
Fengtai District has a warm-temperate continental monsoon type climate in the North China Plain, with an average annual temperature of about 11.7 degrees. Winter

5)After the completion of the project, there will be 30m green belts on the south side of the site and 10m green belts on the east side. Trees and flowers will be planted along the roads of the school district, and local species, trees and shrubs will be combined to ensure the diversity of the species, and the overall greening rate will be 44%.
