In terms of professional reference, the Ministry of Education issued the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities (2020), the Catalogue of Doctoral and Master's Subjects (promulgated by 1997 and updated in 2008), and the Catalogue of Academic Degrees Granting and Personnel Training (20 18).
