Due to the large number of foreign workers and the poor environmental awareness of the surrounding residents, the phenomenon of garbage entering the river has occurred from time to time. At the same time, because the west side is the industrial zone, enterprises also have the phenomenon of stealing industrial garbage into the river.

III. Remediation measures
