through the investigation of the current situation of rivers organized by our street, we think that the main problems in the current situation of rivers are:

Because the sewage system is not perfect, there is no main sewage pipe directly transported to the outside, which leads to sewage being directly discharged into the river, and at the same time, the amount of man-made garbage and industrial garbage entering the river is large, which deteriorates the water quality of the river and causes siltation in the river bed, which is the main reason for the black and smelly water quality.

second, there is the phenomenon of garbage entering the river. Due to the large number of foreign workers and the poor environmental awareness of the surrounding residents, the phenomenon of garbage entering the river has occurred from time to time. At the same time, because the west side is the industrial zone, enterprises also have the phenomenon of stealing industrial garbage into the river.

thirdly, riverbed siltation is serious. At present, the elevation of the bottom of the river bed in the XXX reach of ouhai district is 1.62～1.25m, and the elevation of both sides is about 2.5 ~ 4.5m.. In the urban defense planning, the planned bottom elevation of the river bed is 1.1m, which is about 1.6m, and the maximum is about 1.3m compared with the general siltation thickness, so the siltation phenomenon in the river is more serious. III. Remediation measures

This river regulation measure is effectively carried out in accordance with the six words of "demolition, management, clearing, construction, treatment and management" in combination with the current pollution situation and causes of this river, and relevant river regulation measures are formulated according to "one river and one policy".
