The interview is a large-scale preliminary screening, and there will be many people like you, maybe hundreds of people. The interview is very simple, and you are usually given 2 to 3 minutes to introduce yourself. This is the first time in the whole interview process, leaving the first impression of HR is crucial. Because if you can't get past him, you don't have to talk much about it, you don't have a chance. So pay close attention to it. In terms of instrumentation, it is not necessary to wear a suit and tie, the focus is on generous and neat, do not wear wrinkled, collarless shirts and do not wear jeans. If your hair is long, trim it, don't cover your eyes in the front, and don't exceed the collar in the back. When introducing yourself, be loud and generous. Because time is limited, speak with a focus and don't aimlessly introduce yourself from elementary school to college graduation. Focus on talking about what your strengths are, why you chose this job, why you think it's right for you, and what your future vision and goals are.
After the first interview, you will have a second interview. Usually it's the training manager who interviews you. This time, it's a one-on-one interview. The interview will ask more in-depth questions that are specific to you personally. For example, why did you choose KFC, why did you apply for the position, what do you think about the position, and so on.
After you pass the second interview, you'll be scheduled for a physical exam, and if you don't have any problems with the physical exam, you'll be scheduled for a two- to three-day trial run. The so-called trial operation is to let you go to the restaurant to really experience the work environment and work substance, belong to the two-way choice. On the one hand, the restaurant manager will evaluate your performance, and on the other hand, you can really feel whether you like the working environment, because the real situation of the work may be different from what you envisioned.
After the trial operation is over, it's time for the third interview.
The third interview is usually with the regional manager and is also one-on-one. This time more questions are asked. For example, if you have any comments on the operation of the restaurant during the trial operation, and if there is any dissatisfaction as a consumer, etc.,
The interview will be held in the same manner as the interview.
After passing this interview, the interview is over.
Of course the questions are not absolute, each interview is not mechanical. The key lies in the individual's understanding of the company's culture and their understanding of the job. From the recruiter's point of view, the position of trainee assistant is the most basic and lowest in the management, though. However, as it is the future direction to become a professional restaurant manager, the responsibilities to be taken on are significant. Therefore, even though it is a very basic position, the interview process is very strict because they select talents not only for the present, but also for the future. In this sense, three interviews is not a lot. The whole interview lasts about a month and a half or so, and in some cases it can take up to two months. So it takes perseverance, it takes confidence, and it takes persistence.
All the effort is necessary and worthwhile.
The most important thing is to believe that you can.
Wish you success.
