Who can help write the weekly diary of KFC internship? ***24 Thank you. Just thank you.
I believe everyone has eaten KFC, but not many people have worked in KFC. I didn't want to work in KFC at first, but the summer vacation is coming. My classmates asked me to go for an interview, take part in social practice during the summer vacation and exercise my ability in KFC. Feeling that I needed some exercise, I went to the interview, but I didn't expect it to be really successful. After persuading my parents, I am going to work in KFC. I believe I can get better exercise in practice.

Nearly two months of summer vacation have passed, as the saying goes: "No internship, no right to speak", and only after personal experience will you have that extraordinary feeling. I have little contact with society. In this practice, I have better contact with this society and learned about it. After graduation, I want to find the center of life better. Practice is the only criterion for testing truth. In class, we have learned a lot of theoretical knowledge, but if we can't use it flexibly in practice, it means we haven't learned it. Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge learned in class to actual combat. So this summer vacation, I chose to stay at school and worked in KFC for nearly two months. This less than two months, let me benefit a lot.

Generally speaking, this social practice has exercised my social activity ability, understood the reality of a happy society, narrowed the distance with society from practice, recognized some social problems, and saw many beautiful and ugly social phenomena. In the social class, I have experienced the wind and rain, seen the world, tested my knowledge, cultivated my ability, honed my will, enlightened myself and enhanced my sense of social responsibility. On my first day at KFC, I thought it was an easy job. Waiters order, collect and clean. But when I really came into contact with these jobs, I really realized how difficult it was As the saying goes, "One minute on stage, ten years off stage." We only saw the waiter order the food smoothly, but we didn't know how much this simple job would cost. They have to remember many different computer interfaces, and my memory is not bad. It is not difficult to recite these rules and menus. But cashiers don't do papers at school, and rote memorization can't solve practical problems.

The first time I went to the counter, I couldn't do the seven steps of cashier well. The master just gave you the simplest explanation. KFC is famous for its quickness. I didn't expect to take my apprentice so quickly that it started in three days. Speed is what they have always emphasized, and they should greet customers within 5 seconds; The catering of each customer should be completed within 1 minute; Every customer should wait in line for food for less than 5 minutes. These clear figures show that once you put on your uniform and stand on the counter, all actions must be quick without any delay. But after a few days, I chose to go to the lobby. I think this is the best job for me. On the counter, all I see is mechanical language. In these two months, I really realized the difficulty of making money and the cruelty of the real society. The university is just an ivory tower. It's too simple. So after the dream may come, many people collapse. So I think this is my best chance to exercise. Every new arrival will go through a very difficult period here. Here, old employees will boss around new employees with their old qualifications. I thought about giving up, but many people told me that the current state is only a microcosm of entering the workplace in the future, so I persisted.

Understand the society in practice, increase talents, improve their own quality, and lay the foundation for truly entering the society in the future. Now I understand why the college has always emphasized strengthening our social practice ability. There, I learned a lot of social practice knowledge that I didn't have in books, realized some difficulties in my work, learned how to be a man, how to do things right, made clear my own shortcomings, and made clear how to improve myself in the future, so as to lay the foundation for taking up a job after graduation. How can we flexibly and appropriately apply the knowledge in textbooks to our life and work, and become useful talents for others and society? How can we adapt to today's rapidly developing society, how can we determine our own life coordinates and realize our own life value? I think we should really think about our future!

Back on campus, I know what is self-reliance and what is the cruelty of society. I will exercise myself better in practice, and I firmly believe that I can make progress. I didn't pay special attention to my future in the past, but now I am extremely concerned about my future. I believe I will make better progress through continuous efforts. As long as I keep working hard, I firmly believe that I can succeed. I have met many colleagues in practice, and I believe I will live a better life in the future, because I have been working hard!
