The principle of catering service for high-risk flights is to suspend catering and meal reservation services and give mileage compensation according to green flight standards.
1. On-board catering:
(1) Catering and meal reservation services will be suspended for outbound catering flights in medium and high-risk areas, and mileage compensation will be given according to green flight standards;
(2) The catering flights in and out of Hong Kong in low-risk areas were changed to prepackaged foods, and drinks were packaged independently and wet tissues were disinfected;
(3) suspend the provision of meal menus and edible ice cubes.
2. On-board service:
(1) Provide blankets and earphones with proper packaging on flights and cabins equipped with blankets and earphones;
(2) provide disposable headsets and special bags for discarded masks;
(3) Stop providing pillows, waist pillows, magazines and newspapers;
(4) suspend the one-on-one greeting service.
