Different cities in China have implemented different methods of garbage disposal: Beijing has implemented a pilot community for garbage classification, Shanghai has implemented an incentive mechanism of exchanging recyclables for gifts, Shenzhen has clarified the technical standards for classification, and Hangzhou has a real-name system for garbage classification.
