1. Substrate requirements:
Substrate must be solid, free of dust, dirt and other pollutants, such as: grease, paint, residual wet soft adhesive or bonding loose material.
Industrial cleaning and planing equipment can be used to remove polish, wax, grease and similar contaminants.
Treatment by sandblasting, chiseling, sanding, and similar mechanical methods is used to provide a rough, clean, pore-opening surface.
The ideal ambient temperature for construction is above 15℃, and this product can be constructed above 5℃.
2. Primer: CK-4 is used as the primer, the dosage is 2kg/mm/m2, the drying time of the primer is 24h. After the primer is dry, the top layer of KC-417 can be constructed.
3. Material mixing: the best use temperature of the material is 15℃-30℃, must use mechanical mixing;
