The ratio of food is; vegetable:protein:carbohydrate 2:1:1. 211 Diet is a dietary management method that is suitable for most people. It is an easy to implement and effective way of eating, whether it is a small base for daily maintenance or a large base for dietary control.
211 Diet Law Correct Eating Method
Avoid high oil, salt and sugar, moderate seasoning, balanced and rich can be.
Avoid deep-frying and flaming, steaming, boiling, stewing and shabu-shabu are all fine.
Avoid gobbling, choose to chew slowly, slow down the speed of eating.
The order of meals is important: water > vegetables > protein > carbohydrates.
