(a) to apply for a business license
According to the provisions of Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, an application for registration shall be submitted to the administrative department for industry and commerce, which is the registration authority of individual industrial and commercial households.
To apply for registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the operator himself is the applicant, and the applicant or his entrusted agent may directly register with the registration authority where the business premises are located, and submit the following registration materials to the administrative department for industry and commerce:
1. Application for pre-approval of individual industrial and commercial names;
2. Application for industrial and commercial registration of individual industrial and commercial households;
3. One-inch photo of the applicant;
4. A copy of the applicant's identity document;
5. Certificate of use of business premises;
6. The business scope of application for registration includes the items that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, and a copy of relevant approval documents or licenses shall be submitted.
(two) for food business license.
According to the provisions of Articles 2 and 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License, those who engage in food sales and catering services shall apply to the food and drug supervision and administration department and obtain the food business license before engaging in commercial activities.
To apply for a food business license, the following materials shall be submitted to the Food and Drug Administration in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License:
(1) An application for a food business license;
(2) A copy of the business license;
(three) the layout of major equipment and facilities, operating procedures and other documents that are suitable for food business;
(four) food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, incoming inspection records, food safety accident handling and other rules and regulations to ensure food safety.
The food and drug supervision and administration department shall, according to the examination of the application materials and on-site verification, make a decision on granting the business license to those who meet the requirements, and issue the food business license to the applicant within 10 working days from the date of making the decision.
