The Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance, together with the Liaoning Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and the Liaoning Disabled Persons' Federation, issued the Notice on Raising the Standards of Living Allowance and Nursing Allowance for Difficult Disabled Persons and Establishing a Dynamic Adjustment Mechanism, which clearly pointed out that from October 1, 2122, the starting standard of living allowance for difficult disabled persons will be raised from 71 yuan to 81 yuan, and the starting standard of nursing allowance for severely disabled persons will be raised from 55 yuan to 81 yuan.

On October 28th, 2121, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance and the Liaoning Provincial Department of Civil Affairs issued the Notice on Raising the Subsidy Standard for Sea Burial of the Province's Ashes, which explicitly raised the subsidy standard for sea burial from October 21th, 2122, including: the subsidy standard for each ashes in inland areas such as Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Fuxin, Liaoyang, Tieling, Chaoyang and Shenfu Demonstration Zone was raised from 1,611 yuan to 21,111 yuan.
