1. Processing premises should have sufficient natural or artificial lighting, food processing area work surface should not be less than 220lux, other places should not be less than 110lux. light source should not change the natural color of the observed food.
2. Lighting facilities installed directly above the exposed food should use a protective cover to prevent glass fragments from contaminating the food when broken. Explosion-proof lights should be used in frozen (storage) warehouses.
