2. If the room temperature of the hot user is lower than 16℃, the fee will be fully refunded according to the number of days deemed unqualified.

3, heating unit temperature, the interval shall not be less than 5 days. After temperature measurement, the living room temperature of hot users is not up to standard 1 time, and the fee will be refunded in 2 days.

4. If the temperature measurement fails to meet the standard twice, it will be refunded in 10 day. Three times in a month (including three times) is not up to standard, 30 days back.

5, heating period of more than 3 months, as the full heating period is not up to standard, according to the full refund of heating costs.
