Lianyungang Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute [1] (hereinafter referred to as "Lianyungang Quality Inspection Institute") was established in June of19810, and is a comprehensive statutory product quality inspection institution directly under the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Jiangsu Silicon Material Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Jiangsu Metallurgical Product Quality Inspection Second Station, Jiangsu Lianyungang Food and Agricultural Products Inspection Center and Jiangsu Lianyungang Gold and Silver Jewelry Quality Inspection Station are also located in the Institute. On April 20 10, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine approved Lianyungang Quality Inspection Institute to set up a national quality supervision and inspection center for deep-processed products of silicon materials, which is the first national quality inspection center in Lianyungang and the first national quality inspection center in the silicon materials industry in China. Lianyungang Quality Inspection Institute actively carries out product quality inspection, quality appraisal, witness inspection, arbitration inspection, scientific and technological achievements appraisal, inspection and testing and technical training entrusted by government departments, social organizations, industry associations, enterprises, customers and consumers, and is committed to providing policy, information and technical services for enterprise technological innovation and industrial structure optimization and upgrading. Undertake regular supervision and inspection at the provincial (city) level, supervision and spot check at the provincial (city) level, entrusted inspection and other inspection tasks authorized by Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and undertake the provincial commodity monitoring and inspection tasks entrusted by Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. As an industrial product production license issuing and inspection institution, it undertakes the industrial product production license issuing and inspection approved by the National Industrial Product Production License Office and the food production license inspection approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Lianyungang Quality Inspection Institute has laboratories for food, chemicals, building materials, machinery, metallurgy, light packaging, electrical appliances, silicon materials and crystal ornaments. The Institute has auditors 12, including national laboratory auditors, national industrial product production license auditors, 3C and CQC factory auditors, QS auditors, ISO9000 quality management system auditors and provincial laboratory qualification auditors. Lianyungang Quality Inspection Institute has LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-AES, HPLC, GC, automatic microbial biochemical analyzer, glow discharge mass spectrometer, field emission scanning electron microscope, low temperature Fourier infrared spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, scanning X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrophotometer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, laser particle size analyzer and metallographic microscope. It has more than 960 advanced testing instruments and special testing equipment at home and abroad, such as plasma emission spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrometer, ultra-low carbon analyzer, ultra-low oxygen analyzer, minority carrier life tester, precious metal detector and gem appraiser, with a value of nearly 55 million yuan. At present, 164 products have been approved by the national laboratory, and 1266 products and 478 parameters have been approved by the laboratory, which can independently undertake nine product fields, including food, chemical industry, machinery, metallurgy, building materials, light industry, electrical appliances, silicon materials and crystal ornaments, and 96 categories. The testing laboratory of Lianyungang Quality Inspection Institute meets the requirements of international standard ISO/IEC 17025, and has been recognized by CNAS of China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment and CAL and CMA of Jiangsu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. Standardize the inspection work, effectively and strictly control the whole process of inspection work, and ensure the reliability of data. According to the Administrative Measures for Accreditation of Laboratories and Inspection Institutions of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, Criteria for Accreditation of Laboratory Qualification and CNAS-CL0 1 Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, our institute has compiled a series of quality documents such as quality manuals and program documents, and carried out various quality activities based on these criteria, which has improved our quality system.
