The relevant matters of the recruitment work are announced as follows:
One, the scope of recruitment
For fresh college graduates and social in-service and non-in-service personnel before July 31, 2023, who meet the qualification requirements for recruitment positions.
Of these, the 2023 fresh college graduates must obtain the graduation certificate, degree certificate and other certificates required by the recruitment qualification conditions before July 31, 2023; other personnel must obtain the graduation certificate, degree certificate and other certificates of state-recognized academic qualifications required by the recruitment qualification conditions and relevant supporting materials before registration.
Foreign and overseas students must obtain the Ministry of Education's China Scholarship Service Center before registration of foreign and overseas qualifications, degree certificates.
Failure to obtain the relevant certificates within the stipulated time, will not be employed, the responsibility of the applicant himself.
Full-time students who graduated on or after August 1, 2023 are not included in the scope of this recruitment.
Two, recruitment units, positions and number (see attached)
Three, recruitment conditions
(a) candidates should also have the conditions:
1. Chinese people **** and the nationality of the country, abide by the law, good conduct.
2. Physical health, with normal fulfillment of the duties of the recruitment position of the physical conditions, physical examination pass.
3. Meet the specific qualifications and conditions required by the recruitment position (see annex).
4. Commissioned, directed to fresh graduates, must obtain the consent of the original commissioned, directed to the unit.
5. In line with the "Chengdu Municipal Public Recruitment of Staff Measures" avoidance of the relevant provisions.
(B) one of the following cases shall not apply
1. Has been subject to various types of criminal punishment.
2. Has been expelled from the Chinese *** party membership, public office.
3. Those who have violated the law or discipline are under review.
4. Party disciplinary sanctions are still under the influence of the period, political disciplinary sanctions have not been lifted.
5. Laws and regulations prohibit the recruitment of career staff in other cases.
6. In accordance with the provisions of the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Government and the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of Credit Supervision, Warning and Punishment Mechanisms for Defaulted Executives, the people's courts shall recognize the defaulted executives through the judicial process.
7. There are violations of other relevant provisions are not suitable for recruitment as career staff.
Four, recruitment procedures and methods
Recruitment is carried out in accordance with the following procedures and methods.
(A) Registration and qualification examination
The registration takes two forms: online registration and on-site registration.
Candidates are limited to one position per person, in more than one position to submit a resume candidates should be determined before attending the interview to apply for positions, and to determine the position to participate in the interview.

2. On-site registration

On-site registration time: 11:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. on March 4, 2023
Applicants with their own valid identity documents, education (academic records) (graduation certificate or student ID card, etc.) proof, qualification certificates and other originals and photocopies to the on-site registration point; qualification examination at the same time.
Qualification review throughout the entire process of public recruitment, the recruitment process found in the recruitment of violations of discipline, incomplete materials or provide false information, etc., at any time to cancel the qualifications of the applicant.
(II) Assessment
1.
The assessment will be conducted in the form of an interview.
The time and place of interview will be shown in the interview notice.
2. Opening ratio.
The ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants is not less than 1:2 to be able to open the examination, less than the opening ratio, the number of posts will be adjusted accordingly; can not be adjusted, the abolition of the recruitment position.
The actual number of interviews did not reach the recruitment quota of two times the position, into the physical examination of the personnel, their interview scores shall not be less than 70 points.
Failure to reach 70 points shall not be allowed to enter the next step of the procedure.
3. Results announcement: after the interview through the People's Government of Pujiang County portal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau sub-site.
Go to the home page of Pujiang County People's Government Portal (www.pujiang.gov.cn) and click on "Government and related units website - Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" to check.
(C) Determination of personnel to be contracted
Based on the interview results from the highest to the lowest points in equal order to determine the personnel to be contracted.
Interview scores are the same, according to the total score before the highest and lowest points to determine the signing of personnel; if still the same, then the additional test, the time and place of the additional test will be announced.
1. 2. The personnel to be contracted for the 2023 college graduates will sign the "Graduate Employment Intentional Agreement" with the employer after the interview. The vacancies generated by the personnel to be contracted who did not sign the "Graduate Employment Intentional Agreement" due to personal reasons will be filled in equal parts according to the interview scores in descending order from the high to the low.
3. 2023 fresh graduates of colleges and universities need to July 31, 2023 to Pujiang County Health Bureau of Personnel Section of the Department of Education (Pujiang County, Huiyuan Street, No. 62, second floor, contact phone: 028-88554516) to report to the registration qualifications and submit to the examination of the original certificate of graduation, diploma and other original certificates and photocopies, submit to the examination of the qualified personnel into the physical examination procedures, the overdue report is considered to be Automatic abandonment; materials are not complete or do not obtain the relevant certificates within the specified time, cancel the qualification for medical examination.
The vacancies arising from appeals will not be replaced.
Note: The "Graduate Employment Intentionality Agreement" is only used as a basis for entering the medical examination session, and is not used for final employment.
(IV) Physical Examination
The physical examination will be conducted at the designated Pujiang County Health and Wellness Bureau Hospital.
The standard of physical examination refers to the "General Standard of Physical Examination for Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial)" (Guo Renmin Ministry of Education [2005] No. 1), "Notice on Further Standardization of Physical Examination Items for Entry into Schools and Employment for Maintaining the Entry into Schools and Employment of People Carrying the Surface Antigen of Hepatitis B (Human Resources and Social Security Department of the Ministry of Education [2010] No. 12), and the "Notice on Revision of the General Standard of Physical Examination for Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial)" and the "Operation Manual for Physical Examination for Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial)". All costs incurred in the medical examination shall be borne by the person entering the medical examination.
A person who fails the initial physical examination may apply for a re-examination within three working days of receiving the notification of the result of the physical examination.
The re-examination will be conducted at the general hospitals of Grade 2A and above designated by the Pujiang County Health and Wellness Bureau.
The physical examination results of the applicants applying for re-examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.
Failure to attend the physical examination as required or failure to pass the physical examination will disqualify the applicant from employment.
(V) Examination
The qualified candidates of medical examination shall be examined by the recruiting unit and the competent department.
Investigation work with reference to the "civil service recruitment inspection methods (for trial implementation)" (Zhongguo Fa [2021] No. 11) regulations.
The vacancy of a post which cannot be examined by the recruiting unit and the competent department due to personal reasons or which fails to pass the examination shall be filled once in equal parts in accordance with the total scores of the interviewed candidates for the post in descending order from the highest score to the lowest score.
(F) publicity and employment
1. Physical examination, inspection of qualified candidates identified as the recruitment of the proposed personnel, and through the People's Government of Pujiang County Portal (www.pujiang.gov.cn) for publicity, the publicity period of 7 working days.
No objection to the publicity of the proposed candidates by the Pujiang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of examination and confirmation, for the relevant procedures.
The publicity period reflects serious problems and evidence, do not meet the qualifications for employment, cancel the proposed recruitment of the proposed personnel to be eligible for employment.
2. Employment of personnel to implement the probationary system, the probationary period after the assessment of unsatisfactory will be dismissed.
