The shape and material selection of suspended ceiling should meet the requirements of space decoration effect and use function, and the materials and construction measures should be safe and reliable. For specific structural practices, please choose or refer to the national architectural design standard atlas "Interior Decoration-Indoor Ceiling" (03J502-2). 2. The ceiling design should meet the design requirements of various professions. Such as the selection of ceiling materials, the arrangement of primary and secondary keels, various lamps, fans, speakers, automatic fire alarm detectors, fire alarm bells, automatic fire extinguishing system nozzles, air conditioning tuyere positions, manholes, etc. All professions should closely cooperate and coordinate when designing the ceiling and draw a comprehensive plan of the ceiling.

6. For rooms with cleanliness requirements, the ceiling structure should adopt a whole seamless ceiling, and the surface should be smooth and free of dust and dust.
7. The thermal insulation materials filled in the ceiling should be wrapped with plastic film to prevent the performance from being affected by damp and environmental pollution. The selection of ceiling covering materials should meet the requirements of Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering (GB50325-200 1), and the indoor environment should not be polluted in short-term and long-term due to improper selection of materials, nor should materials that will release smoke and toxic gases when burning be used, and the combustion performance grade should meet the requirements of fire protection codes.

Fire prevention measures such as heat insulation and heat dissipation should be taken for the high temperature parts of ceiling lighting. The materials used for lighting should not be lower than the combustion grade of the ceiling.

10. When installing an exhaust fan on the ceiling, the exhaust pipe should be directly connected to the exhaust standpipe, so that the humid gas does not pass through the interior space of the ceiling.

13. When the bottom of reinforced concrete roof slab or floor slab is used as ceiling, it is not advisable to make plastering layer at the bottom of reinforced concrete slab. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete with clear water shall be adopted, and its surface treatment can be scraped, sprayed or other decorative practices that are convenient for construction and firm.
14. Water-resistant materials should be used for the ceiling in rainy and humid areas or wet rooms. Gypsum board ceiling, waterproof gypsum board should be used.
15. Reliable anti-cracking measures should be taken for the integral seamless light steel keel gypsum board ceiling;
(1) Ensure the overall rigidity of the light steel keel ceiling bearing system.
(2) The distance between the boom and the end of the main keel shall not be greater than 300mm. When it is greater than 300 mm, the boom shall be increased. When the length of the boom is greater than 1.5m, the bracing shall be set. The spacing between the boom and the main keel should not be greater than1000 mm. In case of large equipment or air ducts, angle steel rods shall be attached, and suspenders shall be set on the angle steel rods.
(3) Use special sealing paste and sealing tape for joints to ensure the joint quality of gypsum board.
(4) When the ceiling area is greater than 100㎡, a temperature deformation joint with a width of about 8 ~ 10 mm should be set, and the joint should be caulked with elastic putty with similar color, or open joints should be left. You can also use ceiling modeling to skillfully use the edges of ceiling boards, curtain boxes, etc. As a free end to solve the temperature deformation problem of the ceiling.
(5) The load-bearing keel of master cheng yen's suspended ceiling shall be given priority to with series 60, and shall not be less than series 50.
(6) When the upstairs and downstairs rooms have high requirements for floor sound insulation, elastic suspenders can be used to improve the impact sound insulation performance of the floor.
16, Fire protection requirements for ceiling materials:
Ceiling design should properly handle the requirements of decoration effect and fire safety, and adopt incombustible materials or refractory materials according to different requirements. It is forbidden to use materials that produce a lot of smoke or toxic gases when burning. Safe, applicable, economical and reasonable.
According to Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings (GB 5022-95), the ceiling with Grade A combustion performance should be adopted, and wood plywood should be used as the ceiling material as little as possible. When the ceiling is arc-shaped, magnesium silicate board and other boards with grade A combustion performance can be used.
17. The glass of glass ceiling should be laminated glass, laminated glass or tempered glass (tempered laminated glass should be used when the ceiling is more than 5m from the ground). If the glass ceiling meets the requirements of artificial lighting, cold light sources should be used as far as possible or there is enough heat dissipation space, and any space and ordinary glass should not be used as ceiling materials.
18. Use as little or no stone as possible as a ceiling facing material. If necessary, you can also spray imitation stone paint (such as thin stone honeycomb aluminum plate) or magnesium silicate plate (or magnesium silicate plate, such as Meijia plate) on the resurrection floor.
