As the first demonstration city of prefabricated buildings in China, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development vigorously promotes the development of prefabricated buildings. From Vanke City, Jinmaofu, Sunac Yishu and Urban Construction Archives, from scratch, from small to large, Ningbo prefabricated buildings entered the "expressway".
Up to now, Ningbo * * * has started 670 prefabricated building projects, covering an area of over170,000 square meters, covering schools, affordable housing, commercial housing, office buildings, businesses and new rural reconstruction houses, ranking among the top in the province. Ningbo attaches great importance to the development of prefabricated buildings, with early policies and complete facilities. Since 20 15, the municipal government has successively issued several documents, such as Notice on Accelerating the Promotion of New construction industrialization, Implementation Opinions on Promoting New construction industrialization (for Trial Implementation), Notice on Further Accelerating the Development of Prefabricated Buildings, and Special Planning of Ningbo Green Building (2022-2025). Clarify the development goal of prefabricated buildings.
Vigorously develop prefabricated buildings such as precast concrete structures and steel structures. By 2022, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings in the city will reach more than 20%, and by 2022, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings will reach more than 35%.
From 2022, all new projects in the administrative area of Ningbo, which are mainly invested by the government (state-owned), will adopt prefabricated buildings, and other projects will be promoted mainly in the central city of Ningbo, districts and counties (cities) and the central city of the Administrative Committee in accordance with the principle of "promoting by region and classification".
2022 -2022 (key promotion period)
Since 2022, all the single building projects of new projects in the enclosed area of expressway (G 150 1) around Ningbo have adopted prefabricated buildings; Outside the above-mentioned enclosed areas, all districts, counties (cities) and administrative committees shall, according to their respective urban planning, adopt not less than 30% prefabricated buildings in new projects in the central city. For other new regional projects, not less than 10% of the measured construction area is prefabricated buildings. The building prefabrication rate is not less than 25%.
2022 -2022 (comprehensive promotion period)
