There is an old saying that it takes a lot to make a fortune. The reason why I will share it with you unreservedly is because there is no competition at all, ah, capable of you across thousands of mountains and rivers to my territory to squeeze me. Of course, I do this is not every university can be realized, like some of the pheasant university you old save heart, do not open what study room, bar hotel and so on more red hot. A project background

My university has a feature that is very large - from the east side to the west side of about half an hour. It just so happens that the library is on the west side of the campus, and it's very inconvenient for the exam party to go to self-study every day. Coupled with the fact that many of the students in the Second World War, the location of the study room for the examination is also extremely tight. It's almost like the picture below

Given this situation, I decided at the end of 17 to solve the study room needs of the exam students as an entry point to do a commercially operated study room project.

Second, the project model

Through a comprehensive study, I decided to carry out a series of services mainly in the form of fee-based study room, supplemented by document printing, stationery retail, catering group purchase and commission on promotion of the examination course, as the scope of business and profit point.

Three, project details

1, site selection

There are two key points in the selection of storefronts for this project: one is the proximity of schools and residential buildings, which is convenient for on-campus students and off-campus students who are renting apartments; and the second is that the surrounding environment should be quiet, preferably on an independent floor. After running for several days, I found a two-story small detached office building in the neighborhood, using an area of about 220 square feet, a large living room and four bedrooms on each floor, with an annual rent of one hundred and thirty-five thousand.

2, decoration layout

Decoration is not complicated, the wall is recommended to paint blue or green, suitable for relaxation. There is a detail to pay attention to, that is, I laid a layer of carpet in the hallway, so that when going up and down the stairs produces very little noise.

The layout is arranged so that the large living room has five rows of tables and chairs, with three 4-person tables in each row, which can accommodate 60 people; and the four bedrooms, with two rows of tables and chairs, and two 4-person tables in each row, can accommodate 16 people. In this way, the two floors can accommodate 248 people

3, items purchased and costs

The main thing is the tables and chairs, I bought a 180_×80_×70_ table 62 sets, each set of 400 yuan, a total of 24,800 yuan; two second-hand computers for 5,000 yuan, printing, copying and scanning all-in-one machine for 1,400 yuan; there are also two 500 yuan of the long bookshelves, four drinking fountains 1600 yuan, retail shelves and wholesale snacks 3000 yuan, wholesale stationery 2000 yuan, access card 744 yuan. All sorts of miscellaneous math adds up to a total of 39,544 bucks.

Four, profit sources

1, study room, comprehensive study of Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu and other places of **** enjoy study room, compared to their charges on time, I decided to take a more operative charge by the day, the charges are:

In addition to the seat charges, per person per day, a dollar of water charges, buckets of water to drink.

2, catering group purchase

I gave a nearby catering takeaway talk, breakfast, lunch and dinner all-inclusive, 20 yuan a person, each order can make 2 dollars from it.

3, the promotion of the examination course

Nowadays, there is fierce competition among the examination institutions, and in the study room of the examination such as the precise customer-intensive area, they are also competing for advertising space. However, for the sake of the mood of the candidates and the overall environment, I only rented out the advertising space at the main door, stairwell corners and toilets, but this also brought me 5,000 yuan in advertising fees. In addition, two organizations were allowed to set up counseling points for exams, from which I could take 200 yuan for each registration.

Fifth, the project promotion

My publicity channels are mainly these: 1, the school bulletin board posters, this is communicated with the school, because it is a student entrepreneurship, the school is more supportive; 2, the examination forum posting, this give the moderator some tips to solve the problem; 3, pay to the class president of the juniors and seniors to let them publicize in the class group.

Six, revenue overview

The official operation of the project was in April 2018, in April, for example, the enrollment of 166 people, selling study room seats of about 65,000 yuan; stationery retail and snacks netted 2,000 yuan; to the examination institutions enrollment contributed to 20 candidates, the commission of 4,000 yuan; food and beverage group purchases earned 9,960 yuan; printing and copying netted 4,000 yuan.

This makes a monthly income of about 84,960 yuan. Expenses, mainly electricity, property, supplies, maintenance, labor and cleaning, and rent, are about $23,650 a month, so net profit is around $60,000 a month.

At the peak of June, July and August, the attendance rate can reach 80%-85%, and the net profit of a month can reach 75,000 or 80,000 yuan. 9, 10, 11 and 12 months, the attendance rate dropped a little bit, but it can still be maintained at the same level as in March or a little bit higher. 19 years of the Spring Festival period, I did some overall calculations, after subtracting all the costs, public relations costs, bookkeeping costs and taxes, the net profit was probably around half a million dollars.

Seven, written in the end

Doing this project, the main difficulty is the enrollment dilemma, the initial investment is large, if you can not find enough students, the attendance rate of less than 40%, basically not make any money. Do this also pay attention to play a good relationship with the Fire Department, the Health Department, lest the problem is found to be seized. There is also the cooperation of the restaurant must be reliable, food safety and hygiene problems are very troublesome.
