4. Maintain personal hygiene. When producing and selling food, you must wash your hands and wear clean work clothes. When selling food for direct import, you must use selling tools. We should do four things: wash our hands frequently, cut our nails frequently, take a bath and have a haircut frequently, and change our work clothes frequently.
5. It is forbidden to bring or store personal daily necessities and toxic substances in each operation room. Do not touch unclean items at work. When hands are injured, you can only take part in the work without direct contact with food after dressing and wearing protective gloves.
6. Sweep when dirty, remove when dirty, and wash, clean and disinfect the workplace in time to maintain a clean production and business environment.
