Method:
1. Let the rice noodles swell for about 40 minutes before taking a shower. Slice the ham sandwich, tear the white mushroom and oyster mushroom into strips, and cut the onion into chopped green onion.
2. Blanch the sliced ham, white mushrooms and oyster mushrooms in a pot for later use.
3. Heat the rice noodles with boiling water and put them in a bowl. Add ham and white mushrooms, add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and pepper, and drizzle with chicken oil. Add stock and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
