1 Introduction

In fact, the two guest room control system has its own advantages, should be based on the application of the hotel's size, grade, customer population, traffic and other comprehensive consideration to determine.
According to the star hotel room control requirements, combined with star hotel rooms need to have the hardware conditions, in order to save costs on the basis of the full embodiment of comfort, so that the operator and the user to achieve a more satisfactory result, will be the best idea for the development of the future hotel guest control system.
In this paper, after a relatively representative case, the system analyzes the characteristics of the star hotel guest room control, and puts forward the applicability of the reasonable suggestions, so that the scope of application of the guest control system is more clear.
2 Functional analysis
The traditional domestic hotel room control system to take a simple card to take electricity, the guests leave, the air conditioning system is closed, a long time after the temperature of the room and the set temperature will be a big difference, contrary to the requirements of the comfort hotel. If the air-conditioning system is not controlled by the card, the continuous operation will waste energy. Therefore, taking into account the comfort and energy saving is the basic function and role of the room control system.
For star hotel room types, there are two existing guest room control system programs available:
The first is the use of professional hotel room control system (RCU). Among them, the guest room lighting and air conditioning control system for integration, guests register at the main desk after the room air conditioning start, and run in energy-saving mode, at the same time, the bathroom exhaust fan start exhaust. If the guest does not enter the guest room to insert the card to get electricity, the air conditioner and exhaust fan stop running. When the guest opens the door, the door magnetic switch operates and the room light operates. The guest room light can be set to several scenes, usually TV mode, meeting mode, night mode, sleep mode and so on. Inside and outside the room, infrared detectors, emergency help buttons, door display control and other devices can be set as needed. The fan coiler control panel is connected to the switch bus, so that guests can adjust the air conditioning environment of the guest room after checking in, and the air conditioning mode can be divided into working mode, energy-saving mode and standby mode, which is automatically adjusted according to the length of time that the guest takes the card and goes out. Guests can be in the room through the check-out button to send the check-out information to the main service desk, the attendant into the room to check, the guest at the main desk after the check-out, the hotel room control system will be the room air conditioning and all the lights are automatically switched to the vacant room mode.
The second is the use of ordinary hotel room control system. Among them, the lighting, exhaust air using the plug-in card to get electricity, air conditioning using networking fan coil control. Before opening the room, each room lighting, exhaust by the service personnel set to open the position, plug the card to get power after their own power operation. When the room is opened, the hotel management software through the hotel equipment control system automatically opens the guest room air conditioning, in energy-saving mode on the room temperature preprocessing, to be relatively appropriate temperature after the guests enter the room. Guests can set the temperature on the thermostat according to their needs, and the air conditioner works according to this temperature. After the guest pulls out the card and leaves, the power switch feeds back a signal to the air-conditioning system, which automatically enters the energy-saving mode, and the air-conditioning set temperature automatically returns to the temperature set by the guest when the guest comes back. After checking out, the hotel management software automatically closes the guest room air conditioning system through the hotel equipment control system.

4 Case Study
A real estate development company built a new four-star hotel, with a total floor area of 62,453 square meters, *** 17 floors, with 231 guest rooms, 3 floors of the podium, for the hotel's ancillary services, the podium is set up in the entertainment, conference, catering and other ancillary functions of the hotel.
According to the hotel design standards and hotel management requirements, the hotel room control system requirements are as follows:
(1) guest rooms using fan coil to meet the requirements of air conditioning and heating loads; and with a centralized treatment of the fresh air system to meet the ventilation requirements of the rooms. Fan coil water supply by the indoor thermostat controller and electric valve according to the required room temperature automatically deployed, while the air volume by no less than three-speed LCD selector (LCD board shall not be illuminated, it is desirable to configure the communication port) or by manual adjustment as needed.
(2) in the hotel rooms are not rented or guests go out, the design will consider the use of hotel intelligent weak power system to control the fan coiler to continue to run at a low speed to maintain room temperature.
(3) Whether or not to use the light control system in the guest rooms is subject to negotiation between the commercial group and the hotel management company.

According to the case study, the use of ordinary guest room control system costs less, but can not be realized in guest room lighting mode management, guest room comfort and quality of the general, with a certain degree of energy saving effect; the use of professional guest room Control system cost is higher, comfort and quality is relatively high, with better energy efficiency. The above two programs are to meet the requirements of four-star hotel rooms and can realize the hotel guest room control system management.
5 Conclusion
As people's quality of life continues to improve the requirements of the hotel room as an indispensable tool for people's lives, people's quality, comfort requirements are also increasing, in order to meet the needs of a variety of people, according to the different consumer demand and the hotel scale, grade, modular design of the guest room control system will become the future direction of the design of the hotel guest control system.
