The whole saccharification system of the company consists of two independent subsystems, namely, the second factory with a capacity of 1.5 million tons and the first factory with a capacity of 1.5 million tons. The automatic control system adopts the advanced DCS control mode of Hollysys Company, and the control executive parts adopt the imported products of Debaobao Company and Bolei Company of the United States, with high control accuracy and reliable work. At present, the filter press group is the most advanced production technology in China, and its production batch reaches 11 batches. The whole saccharification production is controlled automatically by computer according to the process requirements, which can effectively improve the quality of wort and reduce the harmful components of wort components. The tanks of the fermentation system are composed of 31 361M3 fermenters and 9 211M3 sake tanks, with a total capacity of 1.2611m3.
