Guhuanghe Service Area belongs to Tongshan District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Guhuanghe service area is a service area of Xuzhou-Xuzhou Expressway, located at the westernmost end of Xuzhou-Xuzhou Expressway. Xuzhou-Xuzhou Expressway is one of the "four longitudinal, four transverse and four linked" highways constructed in Jiangsu Province, starting from Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and ending at Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Ancient Yellow River Service Area is located in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City, the birthplace of the two Han cultures, and is named after its proximity to the old course of the Yellow River.

Tongshan District borders Pizhou City and Suining County in the east, Xiao County, Feng County and Pei County in the west, Shandong Province in the north, and Anhui Province in the south and southwest. The Xuzhou-Xuzhou Expressway runs in an east-west direction, starting from Xuzhou City in the west, passing through Suqian City and Huai'an City, and ending in Yancheng City.
