Suiyang county is rich in tourism resources. Because the Furong River and its main streams, Qingxi River, Yangyan River and Chiweixi River, are deep, the peaks on both sides stand tall, and the karst landform is particularly exposed, forming a natural landscape of virgin forests and caves. With the continuous development of social economy, the reputation of "hometown of poetry", "hometown of pepper" and "granary in northern Guizhou" has been widely circulated. Kuankuoshui Primitive Forest Nature Reserve, located in the north-central west of the county, is the only remaining deciduous, evergreen and broad-leaved mixed forest in the east of Dalou Mountain in Guizhou Province, including the ancient rare plants Davidia involucrata and Ailanthus altissima left over from Tertiary. Shuanghedong National Geopark is located in Guihua Village, Wenquan Town, north of the county seat. It is mainly composed of caves, ancient plant relics and their protection points. There are hot springs, karst canyons, waterfalls, strange peaks and rocks, geological structures and so on. , a geopark with a seamless landscape of surface and underground geological relics, is rare in China and even the world for its naturalness, systematicness and completeness. By April 2003, the length of the cave had exceeded 70km, making it the longest cave in China and the 20th largest cave in the world, which was a major breakthrough in the history of cave exploration in China.
