When friends from other places come to Yangshuo, they all change trains via Guilin. The most convenient way from Guilin to Yangshuo is to take a bus. Guilin bus station is on Zhongshan Road, and its location and decoration are hard to be inconspicuous.

The earliest bus (direct bus) from Guilin to Yangshuo is 7 o'clock, and the latest bus leaves from guilin railway station at 11 o'clock in the evening.

There is a bus from Guilin to Yangshuo from 7: 11 to 22: 11 at the bus terminal, which takes about 71 minutes. The fare is 23 yuan/person. You need to show your ID card and leave every 15 minutes.

There are two bus stations in Yangshuo, one is called Shimanan Sub-station of Yangshuo Bus Terminal; The other is called Dacunmen North Sub-station. It should be noted that the departure point of the original Yangshuo Bus Terminal, which was located opposite Yangshuo Park, has been cancelled, but there are still ticket outlets here to facilitate ticket purchase.

Don't charter a car for free travel after you arrive in Yangshuo, because at present, only electric cars and vehicles with special passes are allowed to enter the totem ancient road in the south of Yangshuo-butterfly spring-Shili Gallery-Big Banyan Tree-Julongtan-Moon Mountain. The best thing is to rent an electric car, which is available in general hotels. The price is 51 yuan one day, and it is very convenient for two people to drive a battery car by themselves.

Now all the bus stations in Guilin have been moved to South Station, which is a certain distance from the city center, but the bus station in Yangshuo is not far from West Street, so it is a county town after all.

Of course, Guilin rice noodles are a must when you arrive in Guilin. Girls generally need 2 taels of rice flour, while boys need 3 taels. Northerners can ask the boss for brine if they eat salty food, but don't add too much, because the brine is very, very salty, and the boss of chopped green onion, sour bamboo shoots, sour beans and peppers usually puts it on the side of the food intake, and adds it by himself according to personal preference. After eating, the shop usually has bone soup to drink. Because I live in an inn near Xijiekou, I eat Huitouhuo rice noodles at Xijiekou, which are expensive. If it weren't for the rice noodle shop 2, which is mainly engaged in local business in tourist attractions, it would probably be in 5 yuan, but you know it near Xijiekou. In addition to dry powder, Guilin rice noodles also include snail powder, boiled powder, etc. Snail powder feels like stinky tofu because of its taste. Some people love it and some people feel stinky and disgusting, but it is still the most authentic and delicious in Liuzhou. Boiled powder is usually put in the liver and lungs, etc. Don't try it if you don't like eating internal organs. In addition, many rice noodle shops in Guilin have fast food at noon, and meat dishes are cheap, which can be considered.

The last one that must be eaten is beer fish. There will be many restaurants that cook beer fish near West Street. Local friends introduced Li Jie's beer fish to a restaurant on Diecui Road, which was super delicious. I ate a lot in North Renye Fang, which usually doesn't like fish. The store is not big, there are few private rooms, the environment is average, and the service is average. Don't go if you have high environmental requirements.

If northern friends are not used to local food, there is a Shaanxi noodle restaurant in the middle of Diecui Road, and there is braised chicken rice near the overpass at Xijiekou.

when you go out, don't think that the fruits in roadside stalls are necessarily cheap. It is very likely that the prices of these roadside stalls are the highest, all for earning money from foreign tourists. If you want to eat some fruits, you can go to the vegetable market nearby, and the rest are supermarkets and fruit shops with a facade. Relatively speaking, the prices are much more reliable. I bought them in a fruit supermarket near the hotel for a few days in Yangshuo.

There are many inns in Guilin and Yangshuo, which are generally converted from local people's houses. Most of the inns in urban areas are not as well decorated as those near Yangshuo West Street, and many of them are very close to the scenic spots. This time, which inn I stayed in Yangshuo only takes 5 minutes to walk to West Street. The most important thing is that the price is cheap and the rooms are clean. The standard room price in urban areas is about RMB 111/day, and the price in Yangshuo West Street Inn is RMB 151/day.
