Basic operation method of ice maker
(1) power on
Turn ON the water source, turn the main power switch to the ON position, and the machine starts to work: the machine is equipped with a delay device, that is, the reducer, compressor and other components are started after 3 minutes of power-on, during which the red light (LED) indicating high condensation temperature flashes (that is, the delay is 3 minutes). About 3 minutes after the compressor started, the first batch of snowflake ice fell into the refrigerator. After 10 minutes, it froze normally and hard ice appeared.
(2) Stop the machine
Turn off the main power switch and the machine stops working. At each restart, the machine will start to run automatically after a delay of 3 minutes.
(3) Description of indicator light
The five indicators of the ice maker respectively monitor the following conditions:
Green light: the machine is powered on;
Yellow light: the refrigerator is full of ice, and the machine will automatically resume working 10 second after ice removal;
Yellow light: the water tank is short of water. When water comes in 10 second, the machine will automatically resume working;
Red light: the condenser temperature is too high or the ambient temperature is too low;
Red light flashing: 3 minutes delay at startup (normal);
Red light: the ice drill rotates incorrectly or the rotation speed is lower than 850 rpm; ;
The red light flashes: the evaporator temperature is high: that is, the evaporation temperature has not dropped below-10 minutes after starting;
note:
1. Causes of high condenser temperature: the fan does not work; The condenser is blocked; The condensation temperature sensor or printed circuit board is damaged, and the ambient temperature in Z is too high.
2. Reasons for high evaporation temperature: lack of refrigerant; The condensation temperature is too high; The evaporation temperature sensor or printed circuit board is damaged.
(4) Description of reset key
When the machine stops working due to the start of the safety device, if the machine is restarted, you must first judge the cause of the fault and eliminate it, then press the reset key or put the main power switch in the OFF position and then put it in the on position.
