Wenzhou Century Park covers an area of 338,500 square meters.

Wenzhou Century Park is located in the core of the Green Axis plot in the center of Wenzhou. From Jinjiang Road to Century Square in the north, Sanyang Wetland under Ouhai Avenue in the south, Zhangzhai River in the east and Sanyou Road in the west. It is about 1.8km long and 200m wide, with a total land area of about 33.85 hectares.
