Its collection efficiency of oil droplets is extremely high, which can reach more than 99%, and the particle size of collected oil droplets can be as small as about 1.1 μ m. (2) Packed scrubber The packed scrubber mainly introduces liquid and gas into the packed bed in the same direction or in the opposite direction, and uses fillers to increase the surface area of gas-liquid contact, so as to remove particles in the gas or absorb odorous gas. (III) Water-curtain oil removal device The water-curtain oil removal device mainly uses a plurality of water nozzles installed in the kitchen gas collecting hood to spray droplets or spray water on the surface of the oil collecting baffle to form a water film on the surface of the baffle. When the oil fume flows through the baffle, it collides with the baffle or is trapped and removed by gravity, inertia force, electrostatic force and diffusion adhesion. (4) Baffle separator Baffle separator has inertia and impact force for removing granular materials, mainly dealing with granular materials with particle size greater than 11μm, and its control efficiency is closely related to gas flow rate and particle size of granular materials. (5) The filtering method of the filter material filtering device is a method of directly intercepting oil mist droplets by using a filter material, so that the oil droplet particles are separated from the exhaust gas to purify the oil fume.
