Document: This regulation requires that if the employer stops work or production due to non-labor reasons, the employer shall pay the wages of the workers according to the standards agreed in the labor contract. If the employee fails to return to work for more than one month, the employer shall pay the basic living expenses of the employee at no less than 80% of the local minimum wage.
