16 system inspection and debugging
16.1 pipeline installation inspection
16.1.1 After all kinds of pressure-bearing pipelines of the pool water purification treatment system are installed, the strength test and leak test shall be carried out on the pipelines; Non-pressure-bearing pipelines and equipment shall be subjected to closed water test.
16.1.2 Before the hydrostatic test of pipelines, the following conditions shall be met:
1 Pipeline specifications, materials, location, elevation, number and form of valves, instruments and supporting parts, and cleanliness of pipeline joints shall meet the requirements of design documents;
2 nonmetallic piping system should be cured at room temperature for 24h; after installation;
3. Shut off the isolation valves connected with the pipeline system of all equipment and supporting facilities and the outlet for blocking the pipeline, and open the valves on the pressure test pipeline system at the same time;
4 the water used for pressure test shall conform to the current national standard "hygienic standard for drinking water" GB 5749;
5 The ambient temperature during hydrostatic test should not be lower than 5℃; Effective anti-freezing measures should be taken when the water pressure test is carried out in the environment below 5℃, and the test water in the empty pipe should be drained immediately after the pressure test.
16.1.3 The pipeline system shall be subjected to strength test and leak test, and the test pressure shall meet the following requirements:
1 The water pressure for strength test shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure of the system and shall not be less than 1.6MPa;;
2 the water pressure of the leak test should be 1.15 times of the working pressure of the system and should not be less than 1.4MPa;;
3 The leak test shall be carried out continuously after the strength test is qualified.
16.1.4 The strength test and leak test of the pipeline system shall meet the following requirements:
1 The pipeline shall be slowly filled with test water to completely remove the gas in the pipeline.
2 The number of pressure gauges used for water pressure test should be verified, and the number should not be less than 2, the accuracy should not be lower than 1.5, and the measuring range should be twice the test pressure value, and the pressure gauges should be placed at the lowest part of the system.
3 Use the test pressurization device to pressurize and replenish water in the pipe filled with water, and the time for slowly boosting the pressure to the test pressure should not be less than 11min.
4 after the pipeline is replenished with water and boosted to the test pressure value, stop pressurizing, and stabilize the pressure for 1h. When the pressure drop does not exceed 1.15MPa, the pipeline strength test is judged to be qualified.
5 after the pipeline strength test is qualified, the pressure value of the strength test should be reduced to the leak test pressure value specified in article 16.1.3 of this regulation, and the pressure should be stabilized for 24 hours. If the pressure drop is less than 1.13MPa, at the same time, all the connecting parts of the pipeline have no leakage and the pipeline has no deformation, the pipeline leak test is judged to be qualified.
6 after the pipeline system strength test and leak test are qualified, the test records shall be filled in in the format of table C.1.4 in appendix c of this regulation.
16.1.5 in the process of hydrostatic test of pipeline system, if there is water leakage in the pipeline, the pressurized water supply should be stopped, and the test water in the pipeline should be emptied to repair the defects in the leaking part. After the defect repair is completed, the hydrostatic test of the pipeline system should be carried out again according to the provisions of Article 16.1.4 of this regulation.
16.1.6 gravity flow pipeline shall be tested with closed water and water according to the current national standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Water Supply, Drainage and Heating Engineering" GB 51242.
16.2 Equipment and electrical inspection
16.2.1 The contents, requirements and methods of single-machine inspection and test of water pump shall conform to the current national standards "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering" GB 51231 and "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Fan, Compressor and Pump Installation Engineering" GB 51275.
16.2.2 quality certificates shall be provided for pressure vessels, supporting facilities and control instruments in the pool water purification treatment system.
16.2.3 The water tank (box) shall be filled with water according to the materials used and the provisions of the current national standards "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Water Supply and Drainage Structures" GB 51141 and "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Water Supply, Drainage and Heating Engineering" GB 51242.
16.2.4 Electrical equipment testing shall meet the following requirements:
1 All electronic components in the control cabinet shall have 3C product certification;
2 power supply, current, voltage, frequency, start-stop state of water pump, no-load pressure of water pump, actual pressure and flow rate shall meet the requirements of design documents.
16.2.5 the inspection records of articles 16.2.1 ~ 16.2.4 of this regulation shall be filled in according to appendix d of this regulation.
16.3 System Commissioning
16.3.1 The circulating purification treatment system of pool water shall be carried out after the system construction is completed and all the inspection and test of each branch project and sub-branch project are qualified.
16.3.2 The commissioning operation of the pool water purification treatment system shall meet the following conditions:
1 The commissioning operation scheme, record form and participants have been approved by the owner and relevant competent departments;
2 The construction and decoration of each pool venue have been completed, and they have reached the use conditions;
3 The swimming pool and the average (flat) Hengshui pool have been filled with water and meet the design requirements;
4 the water supply, drainage, power supply, heating and ventilation of the equipment room of water treatment system have been connected and have formal use conditions, and the site environment is free of impurities and dust;
5 The parameters of equipment installation and single machine commissioning of water purification treatment system have been adjusted to the allowable range and meet the design requirements;
6 All valves, accessories, instrument water quality monitoring system and control system of the water purification treatment system are in working position;
7 disinfection and water balance chemicals meet the requirements of design documents, and the solution concentration and dosage have been configured.
16.3.3 During the commissioning and operation of the pool water purification treatment system, the manual testing instruments and meters shall meet the following requirements:
1 The precision level of instruments such as testing temperature, humidity, pH value, residual chlorine, ORP, turbidity and electrical instruments shall not be lower than that of on-line instruments of the tested object;
2 When handling and using instruments and meters, handle them with care to prevent vibration and impact; When not in use, it should be placed in a special tool box or box.
16.3.4 The function debugging and operation of the circulating water purification treatment system shall meet the following requirements:
1 The water purification systems of pools with different purposes shall be carried out separately;
2 should be carried out under the condition of full load of equipment;
3 the commissioning operation shall last for 72h without interruption.
16.3.5 The commissioning and operation of the pool water purification treatment system shall include the following contents:
1 The monitoring of the pool water purification treatment system shall include the following contents:
1) The initial filling time and heating time of the swimming pool;
2) circulation flow, circulation period, filtration speed and backwashing intensity;
3) filtering effect of the filter: turbidity of inlet water, turbidity of outlet water and pressure changes of inlet water and outlet water;
4) Adsorption effect of activated carbon adsorber: ozone content at water inlet and ozone content at water outlet;
5) flow rate of heated water of heating equipment, inlet and outlet temperatures, temperature of water mixed by mixer, and water temperature at the inlet of swimming pool.
2 Water quality monitoring should include the following contents:
1) Dosage of disinfectants, residual amount of pond water in backwater and content in pond water;
2) dosage of pH regulator, pH readings in the water in the pond and the reclaimed water;
3) dosage of coagulant;
4) deviation between readings of various online instruments and set values, and deviation between readings and measured values of water in the pool;
5) working conditions and interlocking control of various detectors, controllers and dosing metering pumps;
6) ozone concentration in water inlet pipe and water outlet pipe of ozone-water contact reaction tank.
3 The detection of pool water circulating pump should include the following contents:
1) It should not exceed 1min from the automatic or manual start of the pump to the normal operation of the pump, and it should not exceed 2 min from the automatic switching of the standby pump and the normal operation of the standby pump;
2) There is no deviation between the pressure changes of suction pipe and outlet pipe, motor current and voltage of the pump group and the product test report and the nameplate of the pump group under various pump operating conditions.
4 working parameters of ozone generator: current, voltage, frequency, air intake, ozone output and concentration, adjustable output range, etc. should be compared with the design documents and equipment nameplate values.
5 Various parameters of sodium hypochlorite generator and salt chlorine generator should be compared with design documents and product nameplates.
16.3.6 the debugging of the control cabinet shall include the following contents:
1 debugging and verification of voltage, current, fault, alarm and display functions;
2 debugging and verification of control programs such as switching of circulating water pump and interlocking with disinfection equipment and heating equipment.
17 project acceptance
17.1 General provisions
17.1.1 Quality acceptance shall include the following contents:
1 handover quality inspection and acceptance between the pool water purification treatment system project and related disciplines;
2. Inspection lot acceptance of divisional and subdivisional works of pool water purification treatment system;
3 project completion quality acceptance.
17.1.2 handover quality inspection and acceptance between disciplines in engineering construction, inspection lot and quality acceptance of sub-projects and sub-projects shall be carried out on the basis that the construction unit has passed the quality self-inspection.
17.1.3 The organizers and participants of the quality acceptance in the project acceptance stage shall meet the following requirements:
1 The quality acceptance of the handover between disciplines shall be accepted by the quality inspector of the previous process discipline in conjunction with the supervision engineer, the quality inspector of the subsequent process discipline and the technical director or representative of the construction unit, and a record of the quality acceptance of the project handover shall be formed.
2 when materials, equipment and accessories are rechecked, they shall be checked and accepted by professional quality inspectors, supervision engineers, professional leaders or representatives of the construction unit.
3 the acceptance of sub-division projects and sub-projects shall be conducted by the construction unit's technicians and supervision engineers. When testing and testing equipment and supporting facilities on a single machine, technicians from equipment manufacturers shall participate.
4 the construction unit shall organize the competent department of the project, the health supervision department, the quality supervision department, the design unit (engineering design, sports technology, amusement facilities technology, stage technology), the construction unit and the supervision unit for acceptance.
17.1.4 the following requirements shall be met during the handover of civil works in the pool water purification treatment system project.
1 All (flat) civil works such as sizes of various parts of Hengshui pond, subsidized or coated materials, manholes, etc. have been completed, and the sizes and positions of various reserved casings and holes should meet the design requirements;
2 The construction of civil concrete works such as pool floor, pool wall, overflow tank or overflow return tank should be completed, and the diameter, size and location of all kinds of embedded sleeves and embedded holes should meet the design requirements;
3 civil works such as pipe gallery, pipe trench, foot-dipping disinfection pool, equipment room and equipment foundation should have been completed.
17.2 division project quality acceptance
17.2.1 inspection lot quality acceptance items are re-inspection of main valves, safety valves, etc., and their quality shall be all qualified after debugging, and acceptance records shall be filled in according to the formats of tables C.1.1 and C.1.3 in Appendix C of this regulation.
17.2.2 the quality acceptance of sub-division projects shall be completed in the format of table c.1.1 ~ table C.1.4 and table d in appendix c of this regulation.
17.2.3 The acceptance of the water purification treatment system project shall be carried out according to the provisions of Chapter 16 of this Regulation.
17.3 Completion Acceptance
17.3.1 All the items and contents of the circulating purification treatment project for swimming pool, water recreation pool and cultural performance pool within the scope stipulated in the contract have been completed, and the construction and installation unit can formally apply for the completion acceptance only after the quality of each stage of the project has passed the acceptance and obtained the acceptance from the construction unit.
17.3.2 When the project is completed and accepted, the construction unit shall provide the following technical documents:
1 Application report for completion acceptance;
2 engineering construction drawing design, as-built drawings and design change documents;
3 quality certificates of equipment, supporting equipment, pipes, pipe fittings, accessories, equipment, instruments and meters, relevant technical documents and unpacking inspection and acceptance records on the construction site;
4 equipment foundation and valve re-inspection records;
5 inspection and test records of equipment, supporting equipment and pipeline installation works;
6 concealed engineering acceptance record;
7 pressure test record of pipeline system;
8 records and summary reports of various technical parameters during system commissioning and trial operation;
9 water quality monitoring and inspection report issued by the health supervision department during the system commissioning and operation;
11 system equipment, electrical, testing and water quality monitoring and other related projects linkage operation qualified records;
11 engineering quality accident handling records;
12 construction site quality management records.
17.3.3 The technical data of the re-inspection project for completion acceptance shall be re-inspected with the following data, and the inspection records shall be filled in the format of Table E.1.1 of this Regulation:
1 Acceptance records of concealed works;
2 hydrostatic test record of pipeline system;
3. The qualified records of system linkage debugging operation test. If the monitoring data is found to be incomplete or not in conformity with the regulations, the test shall be conducted again during the completion acceptance;
4 re-inspection of engineering quality accidents;
5 all materials are complete and should meet the requirements of project acceptance.
17.3.4 The following items shall be rechecked for pipeline installation:
1 Accuracy of pipeline material, pipe diameter, connection mode, elevation, identification and position of supports and hangers;
2 the accuracy and reliability of the position, specification, model, technical parameters, medium flow and valve opening mode marks of valves, accessories, display instruments and detection devices on pipelines;
3 The quantity, material, specification and location of water supply port, water return port, overflow port and overflow water return port of the pond, and the accuracy and reliability of the grille cover;
4 the tightness of pipelines, pipe fittings and other interfaces, the flexibility of valve opening and closing, and the accuracy of various instruments and meters under the operating conditions of the system.
17.3.5 The following items shall be rechecked during the installation of equipment and supporting equipment:
1 The quantity, specifications, models and performance parameters of equipment and supporting equipment and devices shall meet the requirements of design documents;
2 the correctness and reliability of the installation position of the equipment and supporting equipment and devices;
3 The pipeline connection sequence, valves and accessories among equipment, supporting equipment and devices shall conform to the water treatment process sequence.
17.3.6 Under the normal operation condition of the pool water circulating purification treatment system, the electrical control and water quality monitoring should re-examine the following items:
1. Sensitivity and reliability of start-up, shut-down, conversion and interlocking of equipment and supporting equipment;
2 the clarity of numbers, symbols and graphs displayed by various display instruments and the stability of corresponding accuracy.
