According to the working guidelines and guiding opinions of the provinces and municipalities on the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic, this working guideline is formulated in order to actively and steadily promote the orderly resumption of work and production of sports venues (including social sports venues, the same units and enterprises) in our city.

1. Strengthen the prevention and control by zoning and grading

(I-level prevention and control zone.

Stop mass sports activities and all sports venues will be closed.

(level II prevention and control area.

mass sports activities will be suspended, and all stadiums and gymnasiums will be closed temporarily.

(Level III prevention and control area.

outdoor sports venues that have no physical contact and are not crowded with people can be opened conditionally. Indoor sports venues are temporarily closed.

1. The daily reception capacity shall not exceed 51% of the maximum daily carrying capacity in normal times.

4. The venue shall not provide catering services.

(level iv prevention and control area.

For the normal opening of sports venues, the following protective measures should be implemented:

1. The distance between participants should be more than 2 meters, the temperature of all people entering and leaving the venues should be measured and recorded, and all staff should wear masks during the whole process.

2. Strictly control the number of participants. Exercise in different periods, at intervals and in a decentralized manner, and it is forbidden to gather people.

3. Disinfect the venue more than 1 times a day, disinfect the facilities and parts in the venue that are easy for people to contact more than 4 times a day, and equip them with cleaning products such as hand sanitizer.

4. Record the names and contact information of at least 1 athletes in each batch.

5. set up a sign prohibiting crowd gathering activities, and the contact information of the local disease control center will be published on the sign to remind the participants to comply with the prevention and control requirements and pay attention to personal protection.

6. Venues providing catering services should be strictly implemented in accordance with the Guangzhou Guidelines on Promoting the Orderly Resumption of Catering Industry (Trial) (Guangzhou Prevention and Control Office [] No.27).
