Decision of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region on the Sixth Batch of Cancellation and Adjustment of Administrative Approvals

According to the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Permits" and the State Council's relevant decisions, combining with the actual situation of the region, the People's Government of the Autonomous Region has conducted a new round of administrative approvals in the region. Cleaning up, after rigorous examination and justification, decided to cancel the sixth batch of 38 administrative approval matters, including: the abolition of administrative licensing matters 17, the abolition of non-administrative approval matters 21; adjustment of 85 administrative approval matters, including: adjustment of administrative licensing matters 65, adjustment of non-administrative approval matters 20.

All regions and departments should seriously do a good job in the abolition and adjustment of administrative approval matters of the implementation and convergence of work, and effectively strengthen the follow-up supervision; to implement the scientific concept of development in depth, to adapt to and improve the socialist market economic system, strengthen and improve macroeconomic control and change the functions of the government requirements, and effectively strengthen the construction of government effectiveness, continue to deepen the reform of the administrative approval system, and continue to optimize the governmental environment, the innovative management concept and approval supervision methods.
