1. control the total energy reasonably, and the total daily intake should not exceed 25kcal/kg body weight;
2. Increase the intake of dietary fiber and micronutrients, such as iron, folic acid, vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, thiamine, vitamin B6, protein, zinc, riboflavin, vitamin A, B 12, c, selenium, potassium, biotin and nicotinic acid.
3. Control the intake of carbohydrates, with the daily intake not exceeding150g; ;
