In order to further implement the accurate prevention and control strategy of zoning and grading, promote the orderly flow of personnel and speed up the recovery of production and living order, our province has recently continued to promote the mutual recognition and application of health pass codes. On April 10, the person in charge of the relevant departments of the Provincial Health and Health Commission introduced the mutual recognition of the current health pass codes in our province.
Chi Weiwei, director of the Planning, Development and Informatization Division of the Provincial Health and Health Commission, introduced that the health pass code of Shandong Province was connected to the national comprehensive government service platform, and realized technical mutual recognition with the provincial health pass code and the national epidemic prevention information code. Because the national comprehensive government service platform and provincial epidemic prevention database can be called for health status identification management and real-time information comparison, the identification and judgment are more accurate. By April 10 and 12, the province had issued more than ten thousand health pass codes 130 1 0.
At present, in communities, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, transportation, cultural tourism, office buildings and other key places, residents and all kinds of service personnel who hold the green code of the provincial health pass code have achieved "bright code access", and there is no need to scan the place code and manually scan the code for verification, just manually check the health pass code. Green code holders from other provinces who come to Shandong to return to Shandong after coming to our province must transcode into Shandong health pass codes through the "Come to Shandong to declare" module, and all green code holders pass. At present, our province has fully recognized the green codes of other provinces, and those who come to and come back from Shandong with green codes will no longer be concentrated or isolated at home.
Different colors of health pass codes correspond to different groups of people.
Among them, red team holders mainly include people from key areas and high-risk areas for epidemic prevention and control; Confirmed patients; Suspected patient; Asymptomatic infected persons who are undergoing centralized isolation medical observation; Close contacts who are conducting centralized or isolated medical observation at home; Other personnel who need to be included in the management of high-risk personnel. The yellow code mainly includes those who have fever clinic records within 14 days; People with fever, dry cough, shortness of breath and respiratory symptoms; Persons who are abnormal within 14 days in the provincial epidemic database; The discharged patients were cured within 14 days after home observation; Contact with asymptomatic infected people who have received medical isolation for less than 14 days; Overseas personnel who have not completed the quarantine period; People from high-risk areas of the epidemic, and other people who need to be included in the management of medium-risk personnel. Except for the red and yellow people, everyone else's health pass code is green.
The health pass code is directly related to the risk level of the area where the code holder is located. For example, once the risk level of an area is adjusted from low risk to medium risk, the green health pass code of people in the area will automatically turn yellow. Chi Weiwei introduced that for those who hold the yellow code, it is necessary to strictly implement the medical observation of home isolation. If you have fever, fatigue, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis and other discomfort, put on a mask and go to a nearby medical institution for treatment at the first time, or contact the local epidemic prevention and control group or community health service center or disease prevention and control center immediately. After arriving at the destination, people in medium-risk areas need to be under medical observation at home 14 days. Therefore, it is suggested that people in medium-risk areas should try not to move across regions for the time being.
When some code holders travel, if they encounter problems such as the staff not checking the health pass code, not scanning the QR code, not recording personal health information, and the green code is not allowed to pass, Chi Weiwei said that they can call the local hotline 12345 to complain and report, and the places and units that have been reported many times will be held accountable.
