For example, on March 9, residents of Qisheng Garden complained that there was a small food workshop on the second floor of Unit 6 of Building 1, and the noise of machine processing at night was very loud, which affected residents' rest. After receiving the complaint, I immediately rushed to the small workshop to convey the disturbing situation of residents' reaction to the merchants and publicize the city management regulations. Merchants are required to stop using noise-producing machines after 9: 00 p.m. The merchants said that they would not use noise treatment equipment at 9: 00 p.m. So far, no complaints have been received, which made me more determined to serve the community residents and do good deeds.

These things are complicated and chaotic, but they appear every day. These problems are closely related to the daily life of thousands of people in Qian Qian. My grid is located in the urban-rural fringe and belongs to a mixed community. Urban management problems are outstanding, and residents often seek community to solve contradictions. At the junction of No.287 Dongshan Avenue and Hanyi Village, due to the blockage of the sewage pipe in Hanyi Village, sewage flowed into the home of No.287 household. After the residents reflected to me, the community leaders and I visited Hanyi Village many times.
The Committee coordinated and reported the matter to the conflict resolution platform, and the support of the street and urban management departments finally repaired the sewer pipe for the residents. In the past six months, social contradictions such as sewer blockage, oil fume disturbing people, garbage disturbing people and family disputes have been solved 12 times.
Third, labor security. Handle unemployment certificates for laid-off workers, and organize people with employment difficulties to participate in on-site recruitment for vocational skills training.
Fourth, civil affairs services. For the elderly who have reached the age of 60, apply for the old-age certificate, and conduct on-site verification and timely report on the low-income households whose family income has changed.
