What is the future development prospect of Xinjiang?

Different regions have different development prospects and should be analyzed from various aspects.

1. Four prefectures in southern Xinjiang;

A separate provincial administrative region should be set up in this place. Personally, I think it is best to set up Kashgar municipality directly under the Central Government. This municipality directly under the Central Government is not established according to the GDP per capita, but according to the needs of political and national defense.

The primary problem in Xinjiang is both economic and political. Now the distance between Kashgar and atushi, the capital of Kezhou, is only tens of kilometers, which can be connected by urban light rail. The administrative center of the new Kashgar municipality is located in the middle of the light rail.

2. After the northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang are directly under the central government, the Han nationality in northern Xinjiang accounts for more than 71%, so the focus can be shifted to economic development;

The big problem in Urumqi is water, and water diversion from Altay can't solve the problem fundamentally. The urban population of Urumqi should not be too large, so the central government should focus on greening and environmental protection in the future.

Urumqi is very close to Europe, West Asia and Central Asia. Diwopu Airport should be built into a large international airport, a passenger and freight transit center in Asia and Europe, a logistics center and a convenient passage for China people to go to Europe. Don't waste the good name of the geographical center of Asia and Europe.

3. Shihezi has a particularly good environment. Small cities such as Changji and Kuitun are small oases, so we should focus on developing labor-intensive environmental protection industries.

The labor cost here is not high, but the cultural quality is good, and the clothes and shoes produced are shipped to Europe, Central Asia and Russia by train, which is cheaper than shipping from Guangzhou and Shenzhen by sea. ?

4. The affiliation of these names, Yili Prefecture, Yili Prefecture and Yining City, is unknown to outsiders! It can be seen that Xinjiang is particularly complicated. However, Yili area is one of the three areas in northern Xinjiang that are not short of water. The Ili River passes through the Ili area, with abundant water. This place must be well planned. First, the railway, airport and expressway will be built, and then mainland immigrants will be attracted to start businesses and settle down. Only in this way can we better safeguard the reunification of the motherland.

5. Altay is the other of the three areas in northern Xinjiang that are not short of water, which is adjacent to Mongolia. We should consider moving the administrative center of Altay to Habahe River with a good geographical position. You can consider building a railway from Urumqi to Ulaanbaatar, which just passes through here;

6. Bozhou, Tacheng and Karamay;

Bozhou, Tacheng and Karamay should develop in harmony. Now that the pipeline of Central Asia has come, there is no problem of prosperity. The key is to expand China's influence to the west. Traffic construction should go ahead.

9. Tumushuk is not popular;

After the establishment of Kashgar municipality, Xinjiang Corps can be divided into two parts. The Xinjiang Corps in northern Xinjiang is still called Xinjiang Corps, and its management center is in Shihezi. The southern Xinjiang is called Kashgar Corps, and the management center is best located in Tumushuk.

The three newly established corps cities, Alar and Wujiaqu, all developed well, but Tumushuke was not popular, which was just an opportunity.

11. Kashgar, I want to say that there is a way to establish the eighth major military region in China: Kashgar Military Region, which is located in Kashgar;

It's too far from Lanzhou Military Region, so a new big military region must be established. You should know how many people a large military region will bring, and these people will have to eat and drink, which is also a contribution to economic development.

Then, set up several universities directly under the Ministry of Education in Kashgar, and then transfer some military academies and police academies. You can also set up a national counter-terrorism center in Kashgar, which is responsible for directing the national counter-terrorism mission and so on. As long as the central government invests huge funds, Kashgar will certainly develop.
