According to the overall deployment of the Emergency Plan for Heavily Polluted Weather in Langfang City, the roads within Nanlong Road, Beifeng Road, Dong 'an Road and Xichang Road (including these four roads) in the urban area are taken as the restricted areas, and according to the yellow, orange and red three-level early warning mechanism, the traffic management measures to be taken are released in advance to control the number of motor vehicles driving on the roads in the urban area.

First-and third-level yellow warning

1. Motor vehicles with yellow environmental protection inspection marks are prohibited from driving on the road;

2. During the peak working hours (7: 11 to 21: 11), motor vehicles (including official vehicles such as party and government organs and non-local vehicles) corresponding to the license plate numbers are prohibited from driving on the road according to five groups of license plate numbers (1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 1, and those with English license plate numbers are managed as "1"). The specific restrictions are the same as those in Beijing.

Grade II and Grade II orange warning

1. Motor vehicles with yellow environmental inspection marks are prohibited from driving on the road;

2. It is forbidden to drive vehicles carrying bulk building materials, engineering dregs and construction waste on the road;

3. During the peak hours of working days (7: 11 to 21: 11), all motor vehicles driving on the road, including official vehicles such as party and government organs and non-local vehicles, will be subject to traffic management measures with odd and even numbers (even numbers will be used for those with English letters at the end of the license plate). Vehicles with odd numbers on odd dates are allowed to pass, and vehicles with even numbers are forbidden to pass; Vehicles with even numbers and even numbers are allowed to pass, and vehicles with odd numbers are forbidden to pass.

Third, the first-class red warning

1. Motor vehicles with yellow environmental protection inspection marks are prohibited from driving on the road;

2. It is forbidden to drive vehicles carrying bulk building materials, engineering dregs and construction waste on the road;

Fourth, the following motor vehicles are not subject to the above measures

1. Police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles;

2. Electric buses, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and buses, taxis (excluding rental vehicles), special postal vehicles, vehicles with tourist bus operation certificates issued by the municipal transportation management department, and unit buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic police department;

3. Administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for removing obstacles that are painted with uniform marks and perform tasks;

4. Special operation vehicles for sanitation, gardens and road maintenance, and funeral vehicles for funeral homes;

5. Vehicles with the "Shi" prefix number plate and vehicles approved for temporary entry.
